Welcome to the Puff Pastry course! In this course you will learn how to create some of the most popular delicacies of French pastry: the Croissant, the Pain au Chocolat and the Kouign Amann.

During the break we will have a snack together and you can enjoy the same food you are going to make, with the best coffee, tea or whatever drink you fancy.

Includes training, raw materials, apron, recipes and snack-tasting.
