Puff pastry course (Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Kouig Amann)

Welcome to the Puff pastry course! Here you will learn how to make some of the most popular French pastry delicacies: the Croissant, the Pain au Chocolat and the Kouign Amann.

During the break we will have a snack together and you will be able to taste what you are going to make, with the best coffee, tea or whatever drink you love!
